Insurance
Please call ahead and verify your insurance company with us prior to treatment if there is any concern.
We will submit the dental claims for you as a courtesy. Your co-payment is due at the time service is rendered. The co-payment is estimated by our computers. In the event that your insurance company does not cover what is estimated, we will bill you for the remaining balance. You are responsible for any charges that your insurance company does not cover.
